Job Summary
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our executive finance leader(s). This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedules for executive leaders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings
- Prioritize multiple projects and ensure timely follow-through
- Develop and coordinate Audit Committee and Investment Committee materials
- Create meeting minutes for the Investment Committee of the Board of Directors
- Collaborate with other assistants to ensure seamless coordination of board, committee, and financial work streams
- Design visuals and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Coordinate large meetings from planning to execution
- Support annual business planning for CFO areas of responsibility
- Communicate and handle electronic and written correspondence
- Manage expense reporting and financial records retention
- Project management responsibilities as assigned
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Maintain filing and tickler systems
- Build relationships with diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
- Make and answer telephone calls professionally
- All other duties as assigned
