Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate project estimates by gathering, calculating, and compiling data. They will also assist in preparing full estimates for smaller projects.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed project estimates by gathering and analyzing data
- Collaborate with trade partners to obtain bid estimates and time projections
- Assist in preparing Request for Proposal documents and schedules
- Determine pricing options and select the most suitable price for each project
- Provide data input support to lead estimators using estimating software programs
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Estimating, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience
- At least one year of construction operations experience with exposure to materials management and project operations
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in building and estimating software, including ISqFt, ICE/Bid2Win, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Bluebeam/PDF, and Google Earth
