Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Scheduler I to join our Seattle Operating Group, where you will play a crucial role in planning and scheduling projects. As a key member of our team, you will apply your knowledge of basic scheduling principles and techniques with oversight for our operating groups.
Main Duties
- Create schedules using CPM scheduling programs with close support from supervisors
- Collaborate with site management to develop mitigation plans for scheduling issues
- Provide administrative support to supervisors by maintaining accurate project schedules
- Foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and organizational levels
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience on construction sites is highly valued
- Experience with scheduling - recent scheduling of college courses and/or one year of relevant experience
- Knowledge of construction practices and project sequencing
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions
