Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development / Operations professional to join our wind group. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with business unit market leaders to develop and support positioning strategies, market insights, and customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve business development objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging internal and external communications, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with targeted customers and partners.
- Conduct market research and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Serve as the liaison between business development, pre-construction, operations, and marketing teams.
- Manage Salesforce data and reporting to drive business growth and efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in business development, preferably in the renewable industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management, and CRM software, including Salesforce.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30%.
