The Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our solar team as Solar Laborers. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the installation of solar projects by preparing, handling, and supplying materials to other crafts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Prepare, handle, and supply materials for use by other crafts
- Install solar panels
- Rigging
- Racking assembly
- Torque tube assembly
- Pile layout
- General cleanup and clearing of debris
- Wire management
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in solar (preferred) or construction, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills. We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18.00 to $24.00.
