Key Functions
- Plan and coordinate work sequences to meet project deadlines, considering equipment capabilities and personnel assignments.
- Lead team members in performing tasks like concrete slab formation, edge form installation, screed setting, grinding, and patching.
- Investigate and resolve work-related issues efficiently, guaranteeing accurate completion of timecards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
- Offer constructive coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management.
Necessary Skills and Abilities
- Capacity to comprehend and follow safety protocols, operational instructions, blueprints, and procedural guidelines.
- Proficiency in handling various tools, including but not limited to: trowel, brush, bull float, transit, chipping gun, and grinder.
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
