We are seeking experienced Solar Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will support the installation of solar projects by preparing, handling, and supplying materials to other crafts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Preparing, handling, and supplying materials for other crafts
- Solar panel installation
- Rigging
- Racking assembly
- Torque tube assembly
- Pile layout
- General cleanup and clearing of debris
- Wire management
- All other duties as assigned
