Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties in specific zip codes for our clients
- Communicate promptly with the company if inspections cannot be completed by the due date
- Complete inspections to meet client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with inspection requirements
- If an inspection is incomplete, return and redo the inspection
- Schedule inspections to be completed during daylight hours
Requirements:
- A mobile phone with camera functionality (iPhone or Android)
- The EZ Inspections phone App (available for free download)
- Ability to effectively route inspections
