Job Overview:
As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our loan officers by managing key tasks in the mortgage process. While no formal license is required for this position, you will eventually need to pass the Mortgage Licensing exam, which we fully support by covering the cost of the required preparation class.
This role involves reaching out to potential clients using the company’s dialer system, generating leads, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the processing team. If you have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting the best mortgage product to meet their financial goals.
- Present mortgage options, explaining rates, terms, and potential risks.
- Gather personal and financial information to initiate loan applications.
- Collect necessary documentation and ensure loan applications are submitted accurately.
- Work with clients through the loan closing process, ensuring all paperwork is in order.
- Ensure all loan transactions comply with regulations and company policies.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Respond to client inquiries with clear and accurate information.
