About Us
We are a mortgage and real estate business dedicated to helping clients navigate the home financing process. We’re looking for a motivated Loan Officer Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to help scale our operations, implement ideas, and grow our online presence. This position carries with it the opportunity to become Full Time as either a Marketing Coordinator or Loan Officer. There is no ceiling in regard to this position.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role where you will assist in loan coordination while also managing marketing and content creation. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure smooth loan processing, engage with clients, and build our brand through social media, YouTube, and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Coordination & Client Support
- Assist in gathering loan documents and maintaining client records.
- Help manage and streamline the mortgage process for Loan clients.
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for Mortgage loan consultations.
- Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and referral partners.
Marketing & Social Media Management
- Create and schedule content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.Help film, edit, and repurpose videos for short-form content.
- Write and send out email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.Engage with online communities and encourage client testimonials/reviews.
Business Operations & Project Management
- Assist in the execution of The Homefront Housing Network.
- Support in planning VA Loan webinars and real estate networking events.
- Organize and optimize systems for lead generation and follow-ups.
Who You Are
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced mortgage & real estate environment.
Some experience with social media, content creation, or marketing.
Tech-savvy – able to use CRMs, social media tools, and email marketing software.
Passionate about helping veterans, first responders, and homebuyers.
Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!)
Familiarity with Real Estate, Marketing, BusinessExperience managing social media accountsVideo editing or graphic design experience.
Prior experience in loan coordination, sales, or marketing.
Veteran/First Responders or those with understanding of the culture may receive preference
Experience using ChatGPT and various other AI tools to streamline processes and critical thinking
