About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory, cultivating new customers, and developing relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
- Cultivating new customers and growing existing market share
- Working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality buildings that meet our customers' needs
- Coordinating with MBI personnel, subcontractors, and local authorities to navigate permitting requirements
- Maintaining customer confidentiality and displaying excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
- Capability to integrate various technologies into daily activities to manage complex projects
- Aptitude to grow existing market share and be readily available during construction-related work hours
- Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project
