We are seeking self-driven and motivated sales professionals to increase market share within assigned geographical territories.
This challenging yet rewarding role requires you to cultivate new customers and develop relationships with existing ones, while maintaining a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate new customers and develop relationships with existing ones
- Maintain a keen focus on customer satisfaction
- Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project including MBI personnel, hire and manage subcontractors, and navigate permitting requirements
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
About You
You must be career-minded, organized, and hyper-focused with an extreme desire to succeed. To excel in this position, you should have 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
