With over 120 years of experience and more than 10 manufacturing, fabrication, and shipping plants serving over 100 construction centers nationwide, our company has established a strong presence in the market.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory while cultivating new customers and developing relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales budgets
- Grow existing market share and work effectively during construction-related work hours
- Coordinate all individuals involved in building projects, including MBI personnel, subcontractors, and permitting requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- ~2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience
- ~Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
- ~Commercial sales experience a plus
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a monthly base salary with training subsidy, plus commission pay structure (salary range of $80,000 - $100,000), as well as benefits such as medical, dental, prescription, vision, paid holidays, vacation, and leave, and an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).
