We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Morton Buildings, Inc. as a Sales Development Professional.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience and be career-minded, organized, and hyper-focused with an extreme desire to succeed.
About the Role
This challenging yet rewarding role requires a self-driven individual to cultivate new customers, develop relationships with existing ones, and maintain a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
You will be part of a team striving to deliver exceptional quality and backed by superior warranties.
- Develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to sell at or above established sales budgets
- Grow existing market share and be readily available during construction-related work hours
- Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project including MBI personnel, hire and manage subcontractors, and navigate permitting requirements
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality and display excellent verbal and written communication skills
