We are seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory while cultivating new customers and developing relationships with existing ones.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Utilize proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office to navigate daily activities
Requirements
- ~2 years sales experience or 5 years construction management experience
- ~ Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred
- ~ Commercial sales experience a plus
- ~ Ability to grow existing market share and be readily available during construction relative work hours
