Special Requirements : BLS, ARRT, ARRT advanced certs, FL license required; Siemens scanner experience required; Stents, Ablations, Angioplasty, Angiograms, Nephrogram, Kyphoplasty, Peripherals, Biopsies, Drainages, Upper and Lower extremities, Abd and Pelvic, Genitourinary Studies, Vascular Studies, Venous Access, Neurological Studies skills required; PACS, Portables, Contrast, Biopsies skills required; Outpatient, Inpatient, Operating room, ER, Community Hospital, NICU, Adult ICU work setting experience required; Cerner EMR preferred; COVID-19 vaccination required (exemptions accepted if medical or religious)

Job Requirements
Driver's License required for all candidates.
Must remain active and current during entire assignment.
Required for all RN's / LVN's working on an out of state compact license. The state they declare on the form must match the state of the drivers license (or other proof of residency document) and state of the RN / LVN license.
Primary Source Verification of license is required.
Nursys verification required for all RN's and LVN's
Candidates must have 8 total stroke CEU's on file between CEU's, NIH, and Certification (Miscellaneous).
Must complete Management of the Patient with Stroke via CE Direct (powered by Relias).

Unit Specific Information
Unit Details : Neuro consists of Stoke, coilings, flow diverters, cerebrals, Kyphos, biopsies, and pain management. IR consists of Angios, Embos, Veograms, IVC filters, G & J tubes, Vascular lines, Nephro and biliary cases; willing to be a team player

Required for RN's going to these units : ER, All ICU's, Cath Lab, Dialysis, MS / Tele, Tele, Med Surg, PACU, PCU, Stepdown, PreOp, Edoscopy, Dialysis
Not required for Case Managers, Utilization Review, Behavioral Health.
