We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven experienced Supermarket Managers, Supermarket Assistant Managers, Supermarket Relief Managers to oversee our grocery store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can negotiate effectively, supervise staff, and drive sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the grocery store, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for products.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
