We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven experienced Supermarket Managers, Supermarket Assistant Managers, Supermarket Relief Managers to oversee our grocery store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can negotiate effectively, supervise staff, and drive sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the grocery store, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for products.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Utilize POS systems for sales tracking, reporting, and inventory management.
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management or market management within the grocery industry is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Excellent leadership capabilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks related to store operations, including budgeting and reporting.
• Proficiency in using POS systems for operational efficiency.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
