The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for for mechanical supervision. Provides general day-to-day supervision of Millwrights, Pipefitters, Sheet Metal Mechanic, and P.D.M. Machinist to meet goals safely and effectively, in accordance with company policies and all regulatory and corporate compliance requirements.
Accountabilities
- Accountable for providing leadership in support of the safety journey and the company’s goal of achieving an injury-free workplace.
- Accountable/responsible for EHS, MOC, GMP, and QC compliance.
- Accountable for continuous improvement in workplace safety by promptly addressing the root causes of OIIs or near misses, conducting safety meetings, promptly addressing safety concerns raised by employees, and leading by example.
- Accountable/responsible for meeting business targets in area of responsibility.
- Accountable/responsible for providing supervision, leadership, and coaching to employees in area of responsibility.
- Accountable/responsible for schedule compliance, labor efficiency, and overtime.
- Ensures adherence to standard work processes (MEWP).
- Establishes and ensures achievement of all key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Accountable for machine repair and installation.
- Accountable for piping, tubing, pumps, and pump repair.
- Accountable for machinist activities.
- Accountable for welding activities.
- Accountable for sheet metal repairs and installation.
- Accountable for lubrication.
