What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Architect position at Morton?
Program Overview : This Data Architect will sit within the People Tech tower, working on the People Data Program which consumes data from other application within the internal HR space of our client, servicing analytic needs for HR Techs, BAs, Technical teams. There are 6-7 engineering teams who are responsible for creating and producing consumer models to onboard data so in the future user groups can work without the People Data Program application teams. Focus for the contractor Data Architect will be BAU work to support ongoing operations in this program to allow associates to be deployed to other program projects.
Experience with hands on pipeline builds
Hands on experience with Data Modeling requirements
Building out new features and capabilities
Expertise in building out new features and capabilities
Demonstrated experience working with application teams to onboard and create new data pipelines
Integrations and updating integrations, working on capabilities will be key aspects of this role
Must have experience as a Data Architect (Datalake, Spark, Kafka), working in a serverless and AWS environment, prior Cap1 experience is a must
Previously working in a financial and large enterprise environment is crucial for success in these positions
