Drive-Thru Operations Team Member

Guest Service & Order Accuracy:

• Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation while taking orders.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system and confirm details with customers.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation.
• Double-check orders for accuracy before handing them out.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to management if needed.

Speed & Efficiency:

• Work quickly to process orders while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Keep the drive-thru line moving efficiently, balancing speed and accuracy.
• Follow procedures to maintain consistent and efficient service times.

Cash Handling & Transactions:

• Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all company policies regarding cash handling and register operations.
• Issue receipts and correct change with a focus on accuracy.

Cleanliness & Safety:

• Maintain a clean and organized drive-thru area, including workstations, windows, and surrounding areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Teamwork & Communication:

• Communicate effectively with team members and management to keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with stocking and restocking essential items needed for the drive-thru.
• Support other front-line positions during slow periods or when extra help is needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
