Morty's Cafe Food Truck is looking for a Food Truck lead that is over 21, has a good driving record, and is interested in learning the ins and outs of a fast-paced and upbeat restaurant. We serve the best burgers in Cache Valley and have unique burger concepts you can't find anywhere else! Responsibilities may include: Loading the food truck - Driving the truck to events in cache valley - Setting the truck up and delegating stations to other team members - Working food truck events - Cleaning the food truck - Working in store when there are not scheduled truck events - Working the register - Cooking on the grill, stove, or fry station - Dressing items to order - Packaging all menu items and checking for product quality and consistency - Preparing menu ingredients for service - Cleaning, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops, sanitizing food and dining areas, etc.
