Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Compliance Associate with a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will support Morty's compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to mortgage regulations, maintaining meticulous records, and fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with mortgage regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the review and maintenance of compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Monitor regulatory updates and changes, helping to ensure timely implementation of new requirements.
- Support internal audits and examinations, gathering and organizing necessary documentation.
- Respond to compliance-related inquiries from internal stakeholders, providing clear and accurate guidance.
- Help develop and maintain a knowledge base of compliance resources and best practices.
- Track and analyze compliance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancements to compliance workflows and tools to ensure operational efficiency.

Salary Range : $50k-$60k depending on candidate experience
