Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage bookings
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Sell spa packages, memberships, and products to clients
- Keep track of inventory and assist with restocking as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Perform light laundry duties, including washing, folding, and distributing linens and towels to treatment rooms
- Assist in keeping treatment rooms stocked and prepared for services
- Ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for all spa guests
Qualifications
- Prior customer service and administrative experience required. Candidate with previous spa experience will be given priority consideration.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, happy, and professional demeanor with a neat appearance
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking software a plus
- Ability to lift light loads for laundry and inventory duties
Salary will be determined based on experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
