We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Document and report any defects or non-conformities found during inspections.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on quality control best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality control or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using measuring and testing equipment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with quality management software is a plus.
