Join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC, as a Manufacturing Shipping Clerk! We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for packaging and shipping. If you have experience in manufacturing and possess strong communication and math skills, we want to hear from you! This is a Monday-Friday 6-230pm hourly position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards.
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation for all outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Perform quality checks on packaged goods to ensure they meet specifications.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, for tracking shipments and inventory.
- Meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting and moving products as needed.
Qualifications
Must have 3 years of experience
High School diploma or GED required.
Experience in packaging and shipping within a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in shop math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
Above basic computer skills. Knowledge of excel, word, google sheets, and Netsuite
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
