**Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, debug & modify elements of our ERP for better usability
- Provide ERP functional, configuration & development knowledge for Finance, Sales, Inventory Management & MRP functions
- Assist business w/ validating results through testing incl: integration & user acceptance testing
- Develop & maintain technical, functional & process documentation
- Troubleshoot & resolve any issues within the NetSuite program
- Work w/ end users to provide practices & tips on ERP usage incl: training
- Perform regular test & production environment refreshes as needed
- Generate reports that support better decision-making cross-functionally
- IT Specialist will be responsible for providing first and second level support to users in the office and warehouse location.
**What You Need For This Position
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related field
- 3 years' experience as a functional consultant for Oracle's NetSuite
- 2 years of Oracle's NetSuite development experience
- Demonstrated full-life cycle ERP experience (Oracle NetSuite)
- Ability to be onsite daily to help w/ data integration, change management & data governance
- Ability to actively engage with new initiatives, continuously develop your skillset to align with evolving needs, seek out challenging opportunities, build strong relationships with colleagues across different departments, proactively communicate your aspirations for growth, and stay informed about the company's strategic direction to anticipate future needs and contribute meaningfully to its expansion
