Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor extrusion and injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products.
- Set up and adjust tools, dies, and molds for production runs.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on extrusion and injection molding equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plastic extrusion and injection molding processes.
- Hands-on experience with tool, die, and mold setup.
- Familiarity with operating extrusion and injection molding machines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
