JOB SUMMARY
Hybrid position located in Dallas, TX. This position supports the Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance and reports to the System's Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Value-based Care. The Marketing and Public Relations Consultant will focus on employer relations as well as strategies and logistics that enhance the organization’s brand / messaging. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience; however, entry-level candidates (Associates degree and less than 1 year of experience) are encouraged to apply as well.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
- Support the BSW Quality Alliance Business Development team with customized client collateral.
- Maintain a library of presentations.
- Track, evaluate and support executive speaking opportunities as well as industry awards.
- Coordinate logistics for website updates.
- Manage invitations, agendas, deck development, recordings, and follow-up for large-scale internal / external meetings.
- Develop and maintain distribution lists for efficient and accurate communication.
