Job Summary:
The Territory Manager/Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and expanding sales of molding products for frames in a designated territory, targeting residential, commercial, and frame shop markets. This role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional customer service skills, and a solid understanding of the framing and molding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and frame shop sectors within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, delivering excellent service and addressing their molding and framing needs.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set for the territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to discover new business prospects.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to products or services.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the molding products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Collaborate with the marketing, customer service, and product development teams to align efforts and meet sales objectives.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Provide technical sales support and training on molding products to customers.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to help improve products and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
