The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning menus, supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and delivering outstanding culinary experiences for a variety of events—from corporate meetings to weddings and private parties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop customized menus based on client preferences, event themes, and dietary requirements
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation for all catered events
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and appearance
- Manage kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and supervise food production timelines
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage food costs and budgets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with event planners and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless execution
- Innovate and update catering menus to reflect seasonal and trending culinary styles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a catering or banquet setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Creative flair with a keen eye for presentation and detail

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
