Position Responsibilities:
The Express Catering Sales Coordinator serves as the leader of the express catering division. The ECSC is responsible for the training of the express catering sales team.
The Express Catering Sales Manager develops and enhances MOSAIC by having a complete knowledge of TPP & maintenance of all TPP files. Must have food knowledge and familiarity with menu building.
The Express Catering Sales Manager ensures that all express catering sales coordinators are equipped to handle events. The ECSC fields client’s calls and questions and oversees all express catering orders.
The ECSM completes all reviews in a timely manner. The ECSC will also manage the express sales team by correcting any unsuitable behavior or practices.
This position is responsible for ensuring all express employees adhere to MOSAIC’s company policies and procedures. In addition, the ECSC makes sure all express sales coordinators are up to date on assignments and events.
Major Duties:
- Daily check in with express team and weekly one on ones with express sales coordinators
- Attend Sales team members events regularly
- Provide feedback and constructive criticism on a regular basis
- Coach all express sales team members to meet & exceed all goals, plans, and projections
- Daily office organization
- Timely paperwork and responses to client inquiries
- Venue relationships
- Event Coordination, complete running and setup/breakdown of events sold
- Work with the express Sales Team to insure all P&Ls.

Required Qualifications and Education:
- 3 years of relevant catering management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
- Ability to develop work product using computer software
- Ability to communicate routinely via phone, personal contact and via computer
- Walking, standing, sitting required throughout the typical business day

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
