Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Coordination: Schedule and confirm deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Setup & Execution: Oversee on-site setup and verify that all client requirements are met or exceeded.
• Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to confirm details, address concerns, and provide updates on delivery and setup status.
• Quality Assurance: Double-check orders and logistics to guarantee everything is correct and ready for seamless execution.
• Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional experience for clients, proactively anticipating needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and catering teams to facilitate smooth workflows and project completion.

Qualifications
