We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests, maintaining a neat and tidy showroom, preparing the tasting room, handling packages, and supporting our express department. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism by consistently wearing business attire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception:
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival.
- Provide accurate information and directions as needed.
- Showroom Maintenance:
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor displays and report any issues to management.
- Tasting Room Setup:
- Prepare and set up the tasting room to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Maintain the space with regular cleaning and stocking of necessary supplies.
- Package Handling:
- Receive, log, and manage incoming packages efficiently.
- Distribute packages to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
- Express Department Support:
- Assist with daily tasks in the express department to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
