We are looking for a remote HRIS Strategist to join our team. As a Strategist at Mosaic, you will be a trusted partner to our clients by creating and leading them through the strategies of their HR and HR Technology initiatives. In this role you will align the project team success criteria, organizational nuances, and implementation strategies to ultimately build a road map that leads to the future vision of our client’s HR Technology Ecosystem.
What you’ll do:
· Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional
results while building trust and commitment
· Provide strategic evaluation of client HR systems to ensure alignment with organizational
goals. Strive for operational excellence and simplicity in the employee experience.
· Keep a pulse on best-in-class, innovative technology solutions and trends relative to
competitive landscape and advise client leadership on best practices.
· Identify issues and problems associated with client HR systems and related processes;
bring solutions to the table and execute actions to solve issues.
· Partner with clients to map out end to end processes within HR and systems.
· Partner with client project teams and others to develop and advise the HR Technology
strategy and the wider Employee Experience Strategy
· Partner with the Mosaic change management programs to guide your clients through
their change readiness activities before, during, and after go-live.
How you’ll be measured:
· Maintaining target utilization rate (on average 70%)
· Maintaining applicable certification(s) and is considered a SME
· Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project’s requirements
· Strong ability to develop complex HRIS design solutions that meet clients’ needs

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
