Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote WFM Consultant to join our team. As a WFM Consultant at Mosaic, you will be a trusted partner to our clients by consulting and supporting them through the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of multiple modules within UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions)
.
What you’ll do

- sDraw on your industry and WFM expertise to develop, maintain, and implement solutions to help clients solve business problems through their WFM syste
- mUse system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specification
- sDocument, analyze, test and modify WFM system based on and related to client and system design specification
