WFM Consultant III

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote WFM Consultant to join our team. As a WFM Consultant at Mosaic, you will be a trusted partner to our clients by consulting and supporting them through the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of multiple modules within UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions)

What you’ll do

• :Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitmen
• tBuild meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG system
• sDraw on your industry and WFM expertise to develop, maintain, and implement solutions to help clients solve business problems through their WFM syste
• mUse system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specification
• sDocument, analyze, test and modify WFM system based on and related to client and system design specification
• sModel Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Excee
