Periodontist, Caton State, DDS, is looking to add an Associate Periodontist to his growing practice in Citrus Heights, CA. The new Associate Periodontist would be part-time with Dr. State or there is an option for full-time by working in another practice within the collective.
We have close to 40 high quality independent dental practices in Northern California that make up our collective. Our multi-specialty partnership focuses exclusively on clinical excellence and operational efficiency at every practice location.

Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
- Successful completion of a U.S. residency training program in Periodontics
- License/credentials applicable to the state of California
- CPR Certification
- Evidence based Dental Practices
