Preschool 3s Assistant Teacher
Location: Mosaic Early Learning Center
Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Do you have a knack for high-fives, a love for little voices, and the ability to turn clean-up time into a dance party? Mosaic Early Learning Center is looking for a Preschool 3s Assistant Teacher to join our joyful, energetic, and ever-curious classroom of 3-year-olds!
This is your chance to be part of the magic—supporting young learners as they grow their independence, build friendships, and discover the world around them (one block tower and snack time at a time).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with the Lead Teacher to create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom
- Supporting playful, hands-on learning activities and routines
- Helping guide toddlers through their big feelings and big accomplishments
- Assisting with classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness
- Encouraging curiosity, kindness, and creativity every step of the way
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and your teaching team
- Jumping into story time, art projects, and snack prep with a smile
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with preschool-age children (especially the wonderful 3s!)
- A warm, friendly, and dependable personality
- A love for early learning and a desire to grow in the field
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
- Familiarity with early childhood development and classroom safety practices
Bonus Points If You:
- Know how to make transitions smooth and tear-free (or at least a little less dramatic)
- See the magic in the little moments—like when a child puts their shoes on all by themselves
