Each of our design Centers houses state-of-the-art showrooms, dedicated contractor sales counters, and on-site, fully-stocked warehouses.
Mosaic is currently seeking a Counter Sales Associate to join our experienced Contractor Services Team. The Counter Sales Associate is responsible for all customer interactions within our Counter Sales area. This position is expected to provide a high level of customer service while simultaneously focusing on operational tasks essential to the Branch's overall success.
What You'll Do:
- Process customer orders, maintain communication with customers, and provide all necessary updates in a timely manner.
- Coordinate all shipping and receiving efforts and monitor logistics involving customer deliveries.
- Complete customer sales by means of data entry, product verification, quantity input, and payment collection.
- Provide expert-level customer service through effective communication efforts via in-person, telephone, and email.
- Occasionally participate in warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, order processing, and inventory maintenance.
