Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized care plans
- Use advanced technologies and equipment to support patient care and safety
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions
Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an ICU Registered Nurse
- A current RN license in good standing
- Advanced certification in critical care nursing (CCRN) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
