About the Role
Mosaic Life Care St. Joseph is recruiting a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of ICU Registered Nurse - Travel Assignment. As an integral member of our team, you will provide top-notch care to critically ill patients, utilizing advanced skills and knowledge to optimize outcomes.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct assessments, identify needs, and prioritize interventions to achieve desired outcomes
- Utilize advanced technologies and equipment to support patient care and safety
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an ICU Registered Nurse
- A current RN license in good standing
- Advanced certification in critical care nursing (CCRN) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Travel Details
