GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Development and implementation of a monthly activity calendar that includes programming to meet the physical, social, emotional, spiritual, vocational and intellectual needs of the residents.
- Perform social assessments to learn resident interests, hobbies and past experiences.
- Encourage residents to attend and participate in activities that are of interest to them.
- Interact with residents making a special effort to engage them in activities and introduce them to others in the community with similar interests and backgrounds
- Track the success and challenges of the scheduled activities.
- Assists in planning special community events and decorating the community according to the season and / or holiday.
