Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR team and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Design and implement employee development and training programs.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation systems.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of HR leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage change and drive organizational improvement.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
