What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage daily resident services, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of caregivers and med techs, fostering a positive and effective working environment.
- Develop and implement service plans, coordinate activities, and manage staff schedules to meet the diverse needs of residents.
- Ensure compliance with care plans, safety protocols, and company policies to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and provide seamless service.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth to uphold service excellence.
- Assist to oversee the daily operations of the medication room, ensuring compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate medication records and improve processes.
- Provide hands-on care when needed, promoting a safe and effective environment for both residents and the team.

- Experience: Previous experience in residential care services and team leadership is required.
