An esteemed Investment Management firm is seeking a Salesforce Platform Technical Architect to lead their Distribution Technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity to guide the development of a cutting-edge Distribution platform that incorporates Salesforce products and other SAAS solutions for enhanced internal collaboration, analytics, and reporting.
As the Head of Distribution Technology, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology landscape. You will leverage both strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise to drive innovation and implement our Salesforce and Distribution solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in Salesforce platform development, implementation, and administration.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from inception to delivery.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Tableau Server, CRM Analytics, and Data Cloud.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical partners effectively.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on creating innovative solutions that enhance business value.
- Some experience with Optimizely or similar Digital Experience platforms is a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a highly distributed environment.
- Experience within the asset management industry is essential.
