Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company policies
  • Manage accounts payable, month-end close, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring all financial processes run smoothly and efficiently

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 10 years of accounting experience with a degree in another field
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, general ledger management, and month-end close procedures
  • Experience in supervising accounting teams and working with budgets, grants, or federal contracts is preferred
