Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs across multiple company locations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct industrial hygiene inspections, oversee hazardous waste management, and coordinate transportation of hazardous materials
- Develop and update health, safety, and environmental procedures to align with organizational changes and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and experience with regulatory compliance, including OSHA, EPA, and other relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Proven track record in industrial hygiene, safety management systems, and risk assessment in manufacturing and R&D environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and lead safety committees and training programs
