Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations on time, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved with the correct team members
- Ensure all cash transactions are accurately recorded by reconciling deposits between the General Ledger and Accounts Receivable
- Assist with preparing budgets, tax documents, audits, and year-end inventory, meeting established deadlines
