We are seeking a skilled Make Ready Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform duties necessary to restore apartments to “rent-ready” status and ensure that all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. Duties Include, but are not limited to:
· Appliances
· Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railing
· Tile, carpet, flooring
· Roofing, gutters, fasteners
· Interior lights
· Fireplaces, ceiling fans
· Gas fixtures and appliances
· Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
· Boilers, gas and electric
· Door locks, P.O. Boxes and locks
· Security Systems and fire protection equipment
· Ceiling leaks
· Walls
· Pool Maintenance
Make certain grounds are kept neat and free of litter. Rake, sweep, shovel as circumstances warrant.
