Commercial Account Executive

Mosaic Technologies is rapidly growing, expanding its footprint, and currently seeking a talented individual to join the sales team at our office in Eau Claire, WI.
Your Role: As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of providing an outstanding experience to our commercial customers. Equipped with a company vehicle, our Commercial Account Executives work in the communities we serve and beyond, meeting with new and existing customers while building and furnishing relationships. Your enthusiasm to generate sales will be rewarded through a salary plus commission pay structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales of Mosaic Technologies’ strategic product line, including enhanced connectivity, safety & security, audio & entertainment, IT solutions, and smart automation & design
- Educate customers on product features and capabilities based on an analysis of their needs
- Prospecting for new customers through various means including targeted lists, referrals, and participating in networking events
- Maintain a strong knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions offered by Mosaic
- Accurately enter service order data and documentation to support sales activities
- Represent the company at open houses, chamber functions, and community events
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is preferred
- Two or more years of sales experience or prior sales training
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
- Highly motivated individuals with strong work ethics who enjoy the selling process
- Valid driver's license
