Position Summary
As the Director of Marketing & Product, you will spearhead our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will lead our talented in-house marketing team while collaborating across the organization to ensure our products shine in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Campaigns: Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Drive the go-to-market strategy and monitor product performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals.
- Budget Management: Track marketing expenditures and ensure initiatives are delivered within budget.
- Digital Optimization: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Collaborative Insights: Work with departments across the organization to gather valuable product insight.
- Brand Stewardship: Oversee the development and management of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Performance Analytics: Prepare and present marketing and sales analytics.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 10 years of marketing or related experience. Industry experience is a plus.
- Leadership: 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
